Debra McGee - Project Manager
Debra heads up the CMV team and is former CEO of Revelation, with over 20 years management experience within the arts and music industry.
Debra is passionate about CMV, since establishing it 5 years ago and works hard to develop and extend the project through the town and most importantly, securing the funding to make it happen.
' This is such a great project for Ashford and really brings exciting opportunities to support our great grass roots music scene plus a chance for some of the town's fantastic spaces and venues to get involved. It's a project that's very close to my heart and aims to really celebrate grass roots music in all its forms'.

Jack Coleman - Guest Curator
Jack is a Grassroots live music promoter and a creative producer from Medway currently living in Canterbury, producing under the name 'marsh.'
A proponent of DIY approaches to music and creative culture, Jack is passionate about nurturing new talent and creating spaces which centre on accessibility and inclusivity.
For CMV 2026, Jack is intent on showcasing the wealth and variety of emerging and established talent from the length & breadth of Kent and a bit beyond!
Lucy Patridge - Project Partner
Lucy is Operations Manager at Coachworks Ashford. She has worked in the operations part of the business across venues in Kent for over 15 years. She has a passion for all things local - in particular food, drink and music.
She's a proud dog Mum to toddler Sam and Charlie the cocker collie and has lived in Ashford for 9 years.
Her favourite thing about Create is supporting emerging artists like Charlotte Plank who has really broken into the music scene over the past 12 months as well as supporting fan faves like Riskee and The Ridicule
Drew Harris - Project Partner
Owner and operator of Low Key Barrel Project (brewery), GenCraft (beer festival) and Low Key Taproom. Known for his love of quality beer, good burgers and organising fun community events for the community.
Drew has been in the brewing industry for over a decade, starting in a little bottle shop, rising through the ranks, and now has one of the highest rated beer brands (untappd) in the UK.
Drew is a huge advocate of the local music scene and is especially keen to provide a place for artists to get their first gigs. Low Key Taproom is one of Create's Key venues and you can expect a lot of local flair as well as spots for young, talented, local, artists
Amie Poole - Marketing Consultant
Amie O'Connor Poole trained as a journalist before starting her career as a music and entertainment reporter for a number of national outlets. Since making the move into marketing a decade ago, Amie has worked a varied and vibrant line up of creative brands on everything from strategy to social media
